The first part of the quote sounds good. At least we don't have to put money into the corrupt SCC immediately. I hope the Legislature stands up to the court and refuses to appropriate any more money in the future. It's time to take on a court that is bankrupting the state.

I totally agree with you. SCC should be abolished. Of course, Governor-elect Corzine vowed to fund the SCC.
It is good to see the court singled out instead of state workers. There is a misconception that teacher benefits are what is bankrupting this state. Rather, it is absurd spending and borrowing.
